Bucs Takeover Jacksonville

Bucs win 28-11 in Jacksonville to improve to 5-7 on the year with 4 games left in the season.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers came to Jacksonville to take on in state rivals in the Jaguars and shown the most complete game all around to date this season.

Jameis Winston has a perfect game tho he did throw an interception it was negated due to the review stating the Jaguars player didn’t fully have control of the ball. Winston’s streak of 300 passing yards ends at 7 games, 21-33 268 passing yards & 0 TD/Int in this one.

Bucs RB Payton Barber got 2 rushing Touchdowns on 17 attempts on 45 yards, TE OJ Howard 5 catches 61 yards  & WR Breshad Perriman 5 catches 139 yards.

But this game ball for this 28-11 victory goes to the defense and DC Todd Bowles, 5 sacks on Foles/Minshew, Rookie LB Devin White had an interception and a scoop and score touchdown, Shaq Barrett & Jason Pierre-Paul had big sacks and a game saving Interception by Bucs Cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting in the end zone to save a Jaguars touchdown.  Special teams had a great game as well, Kicker Matt Gay went 2-2.

Foles ended his first three drives with turnovers that Tampa Bay turned into touchdowns, costly mistakes that propelled the Bucs to a 28-11 victory over the Jaguars on Sunday.

It was Jacksonville’s fourth consecutive loss by at least 17 points and could mean the end of Marrone’s tenure with the team. At the very least, the skid will have owner Shad Khan considering changes over the final month of the season.

Minshew rallied the Jags and had a chance to make it a seven-point game in the fourth quarter. But his hot pass slipped through Dede Westbrook‘s hands and into Sean Murphy-Bunting‘s arms for Jacksonville’s fourth turnover of the day.

As the Bucs getting the victory on the road we will be looking forward to see these improvements and see what is in store for the remaining 4 games and what’s to coming in 2020.
